Hockey is quickly approaching with only 43 days before the first home game of the Sundogs' 2012-13 Season.
Nicosia "CoCo" Garrison was the 2012 Prescott Valley Idol Winner and will be performing the National Anthem during the Sundogs first game of the season, set to begin at 7:05 on October 26. CoCo began singing as a child at 5-years-old in her church choir. CoCo described herself as "Dramatic, always wanting to perform and entertain people". Her family has always been heavily involved in the arts, ranging from directing and performing in plays to signing at various venues.
Many residents of the tri-city area may already know what a talented singer CoCo is. She is no stranger to the local establishments that host open mic nights, where she showcases her amazing vocals.
The Arizona Sundogs are currently looking for performers of all ages, choir groups, church groups, and school choirs to audition to perform the National Anthem prior to the start of every Arizona Sundogs home game at Tim's Toyota Center during the season.
