Prescott Valley, AZ – The Arizona Sundogs are happy to welcome back defenseman, Michael Trebish and forward, Alex Tuckerman for their 2014-15 Central Hockey League Season (CHL).
Michael Trebish, 25-years, was acquired during the 2013-14 season in a trade with the Denver Cutthroats (CHL) on November 11, 2013. The second year pro, a 6-foot, 193-lb defenseman from Saskatchewan, Canada posted 10 assists in 56 games while maintaining a 14, plus/minus rating. In 2012-13 he played in 39 games with the Bloomington Blaze, a former CHL team posting seven points and was later traded to Denver where he finished out the season with three assists in 19 games.
“Trebs was a welcomed acquisition and proved to be part of our core group of guys. He battled every night on the ice and played like a warrior every shift”, said Sundogs’ head coach, Kevin Colley.
Alex Tuckerman, 25-years, collected five goals and eight assists for 13 points in 36 games during the 2013-14 season with the Sundogs. During his 2012-13 season, the Massachusetts native split his time playing for the ECHL teams, San Francisco Bulls and the Utah Grizzlies. While in San Francisco he saw time in 37 games where he tallied five goals and nine assists and later put up three points for the Grizzlies in 18 games.
