Prescott Valley, AZ – The Arizona Sundogs announced they are holding open auditions for their 2014-15 Sundogs Ice Girls team and will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Tim’s Toyota Center.
This season the Sundogs are looking for 12 women to provide quality entertainment at select Sundogs home games. Applications are now being accepted from women 18 and older with minimum requirements including, previous dance and/or cheerleading experience, and minimal ice skating abilities. A $5.00 registration fee will be charged per applicant and an 8x10 head shot will be required upon registering.
Auditions will be held at Tim’s Toyota Center, August 30th from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Registration will be located at the back of Tim’s Toyota Center, near the building’s security office, from 8:00am-9:00am.

Local business owner, Hope Matsuda is conducting the auditions and will serve as the team’s main choreographer. Matsuda, studied dance and choreography at UCLA and performed with the Steven Peck Dance Company and Dupree Dance Company. She has performed for the San Francisco Repertoire and was an extra in the hit television show, Fame and choreographed numerous productions at Los Angeles’ Whittier Performing Art Center.
