PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. – For the third straight year, Arizona Sundogs mascot Burnie will participate in the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Flying High Turkey Drive to benefit the Yavapai Food Bank.
Fans are encouraged to stop by Fry’s in Prescott Valley on Monday, Nov. 23 between 12:00-6:00pm to make donations. Burnie the Sundog will be on hand for the event from 2:00-6:00pm.
For every five turkeys donated, Burnie and Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Marnie Uhl will be raised one foot on a Central Yavapai Fire District ladder truck until 2,000 turkeys are collected.
