ARIZONA SUNDOGS NO-RISK PROTECTION PLAN
Eliminate the Risk.

The Arizona Sundogs Hockey Club cares about its fans and wishes to offer the best entertainment experience in Northern Arizona. We realize financial decisions are more difficult during unstable economic times and while we can’t predict the future, we can take some of the uncertainty out of it and give you the confidence to become a valued season ticket holder.

The Arizona Sundogs have introduced the No-Risk Protection Plan. Extended to all full Season Ticket Holders, should an involuntary loss of employment occur between now and March 1, 2012, a refund will be issued for all games that have not yet been played.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

-       No-Risk Protection Plan is for full season ticket holders.

-       'involuntary loss of employment’ is applicable to the primary season ticket holder of record only and non-transferable within an account.

-       Loss of employment must occur on or before March 1, 2012.

ENROLLMENT

-       Full Season Ticket Holders are automatically enrolled in the No-Risk Protection Plan upon making their initial payment.

-       Should involuntary loss of income occur, the account holder should contact their Sundogs representative to begin the request process.

-       Requests are required to be made in writing with the appropriate official government unemployment paperwork attached.

-       All requests must be received by March 1, 2012.

-       Requests submitted prior to the first game of the season will be refunded in full.

-       Requests submitted after the first game has occurred but before March 1, 2012 will be processed on the date the written request and required documents are received by the Arizona Sundogs. A refund will be issued for all games dates that have not yet been played.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If situations arise which are not explicitly addressed by this policy, the Arizona Sundogs reserves the right to interpret or modify this policy in its sole discretion. In addition, the Arizona Sundogs reserves the right to amend this policy.

*Program ends
March 1, 2012. Program applies to all full season ticket holders until March 1, 2012. Program applies only to unused tickets after date of involuntary termination. Person seeking to cancel season tickets and request a refund under the Protection Plan ("Requestor" or "You") must (1) involuntarily lose his/her full time job on or before March 1, 2012; (2) present relative termination letter and documents; (3) be the ticket holder on the account for which a refund is sought; and (4) have personally paid for the season tickets for which a refund is sought. Requestor must send request and termination letter and documents to the Arizona Sundogs via (a) facsimile OR (b) via mail. The Arizona Sundogs will then evaluate request for eligibility and, subject to the Arizona Sundogs confirmation that Requestor is eligible and has satisfied the requirements of the Protection Plan, the Arizona Sundogs will process request for refund within approximately 30 days of receipt by the Arizona Sundogs of request and termination letter and documents. Refund will not include credit card fees (if applicable) paid by the Arizona Sundogs at time of purchase and/or refund. If the Arizona Sundogs determine request is ineligible, the Arizona Sundogs will not reinstate the season tickets but will charge the $50 per-seat cancellation fee and return any remaining amount. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.
